  Lemon juice and wet stone. Airy and ethereal citrus notes; from the nose, it’s a guarantee this will be as tart as they come. Minerality and which peach stealing a page out of Mosel’s book. Just before the first taste, the barest hint of vanilla. In the end, singularly acidic.

M. liegen, was nicht mehr erlaubt ist für die DOC - remember: höher als die 1090 Meter im Wallis, 12.5% Alkohol) Faszinierende Nase, frisch, kräuterwürzig, floral, Lindenblüten, Lavendelhonig, faszinierend. Im Gaumen straff, knackig, sehr frisch, delikate Frucht, ungemein feingliedrig, das ist saftig, klar und rein wie ein Bergbach, ungemein viel Energie und eine sehr gute Länge. Stilistisch ein Hit.   Pale lemon. Pronounced. Fresh cut grass, green apple, lime and peach, flint, wet stones, honey and petrol notes. Hay and toasted nuts. Complex. High acidity. Med body and 12,5 %. Less complexity on the palate where an oxidative hint appears. Med+ finish.
  
  Natural cork.
  Grapes: Blend of Carricante, Riesling Renano, Gewurztraminer, Chenin Blanc and Grecanico.
  Altitude: 1200 mt asl
  Aspect: North
