  Another great bottle from an important producer - a "winemakers" wine as they say.
  
  Somewhat closed to begin with…smoky, spicy aromas (nutmeg, cinnamon) then appear, with black licorice, ripe red & black fruits (blueberries, blackcurrants) with generous balsamic notes. Good intensity.
  
  Perfectly integrated ‘merican oak.
  
  There is tension on the palate, great youthfulness & an outstanding creamy texture that fills the mouth.
  
  Tannins? Lively, polished & fine.
  
  Overall, broad & long, meaty & structured - but elegant with great freshness & fruit on the finish.

  Not decanted. Strong nose of blackberries and black cherry and spice. Very earthy by smell and taste. Deep, rich finish with enough lingering interest to engage the palate.

En nariz se ofrece ligeramente reducido. Al abrirse al cabo de un rato de ser jarreado en copa, aparecen aromas ahumados con clavo, pimienta blanca o de nuez moscada. Poca fruta negra y mucha sensación balsámica. Moderno hasta la médula. Al paladar es maduro, cremoso y de una alta acidez que afecta tanto a su estructura como a su longitud. Por supuesto final tánico y frutal. Al gusto de los amantes de vinos del Nuevo Mundo.
