  Kød på næsen sammen med mørke bær, sort oliven og mild fadkrydderi. I munden fremstår den mørkfrugtet, men dog frisk. Syren er en kende for fremtrædende på dette punkt. Måske den skal ligge et par år endnu.
  
  Opdatering: På tredjedagen stadig holdbar og faktisk i bedre balance. Tyder på, at den stadig har en del at give ved at blive gemt.

  In the nose blackberry, elderberry and wet tobacco. Soft tannins, decent acidity; on the palate very fruity with blackberries, raspberries and red currant. A slight bitternes and herbal notes in the aftertaste.

  Very animalistic scented Syrah aged for 20 months in FR oak, 15% new. Deep ruby colour. Medium intensity aroma of leather, raw meat, barnyard, rubber, black pepper, black olives, hint of blackberries and eucalyptus. Medium body, palate is dry and silky showing more fruitiness than aroma, but still full of persistent meaty notes. Medium density, so as acidity concludes with mild velvety tannins.
