Inward and reticent. Sharp lemon, lactic beurre noisette and smoke. Not much presence on the palate, fruit very shy but for a sharp, pithy end note and scything acidity.

Another great Côte d’Or from Michael Bouzereau. This wine has become one of our house whites and this vintage continues to show why. Bright citrus acidity with a weighted backbone that keeps this in check. A lovely floral finish. Delicious!

Waterford Wine Co. Burgundy Festival (Waterford Wine Co. - Milwaukee WI): Walk around tasting. Ripe apple, pear and lemon peel with good+ weight for its level, very balanced, certainly good already now.
