  • Bright gold. Abundant nose of baked quince and toasted brioche. Medium palate echoes the nose adding ripe yellow apple and honeysuckle nectar. Firm acidity asserts from entry to lengthy finish that doesn’t go dark and bitter as some Sec and Demi-Sec Champagnes can. A classically styled Sec that’s ready for brunch or any celebration. Drink it when you buy it of course.
