  This is a Spätburgunder all the way: From the intense floral nose through the tighter, high noted and crunchy and stemmy middle to the sharp finish on good acidity that cuts right through the fattiness of a steak or a duck breast. Really fun to taste someone doing this with Santa Barbara grapes.
