    Aromatics medium. Yeast, golden apple. No new oak
    Palate has medium body. Acid medium +. Mild, slowly evolving phenolic bitterness. Alcohol medium. Hay, dry golden apple. Ripe pear. Saline.
    Finish has medium + length. Balanced
    Classic Albariño. Always impressed by this producer. Great acid. Drink now or hold.
