Young. Lemon and green apple. High in acid, lean and focused. Definitely a bit leaner than the Porter Bass Estate Chardonnay, which I prefer slightly to this. It's very nice, though not blowing my socks off.

Color: pale gold Nose: lemon oil, herbs like thyme, petrichor. Almond paste/marzipan and licorice maybe. Kumamoto oyster liquid. Light intensity Palate: bordering high acidity the body is medium here. Intensity is medium as well. Very much played on the nuts and mineral vibes but with a surprisingly generous, thick and marzipan filled mid palate and finish Finish: medium
Early to drink this but super fascinating almond paste and lemon combo, this is like something between Chablis and puligny Montrachet. See you in 5 years. For now, room temp and 2 hours of air minimum

Excellent definite acidity - but great apple taste.

At the tasting room: Wonderful nose and vibrant on the palate. One hour decant. Delicious.
