  Fatigué à l'ouverture, un peu fané au nez avec une pointe de pruneau, il s'est bien ressaisi au bout d'une heure. La bouche a pris du volume, de la tension, et l'aromatique s'est bizarrement affranchie de ses premiers défauts.
  Cela reste tertiaire, balsamique, griotté, cuiré, sous-bois et pot-pourri, vieille cave. La bouche se termine par une acidité prononcée, des tanins disparates et serrés, sans flamboyance, ni finesse.
  5/7 ans de trop certes, mais pas sûr non plus que la rusticité sous-jacente m'ait vraiment séduit à l'époque...

  From magnum it was very milky, mild and round. Also dry with still present tannin. Not a friendly wine. Hot stuffing to it.

  From 375ml. Smooth and elegant. Was nice on it's own, but missing the full body and bigger structure I look for in a barolo. No reason to hold.
