This has not been perfectly stored... but in spite of that this wine was awesome! Certainly one of the best Siduri's I've ever had (the '95 Hirsch being the other). Dark color. Just starting to show some brinking on the rim. Deep, fruity, earthy, mushroom, and pine nose. Great complexity. Almost perfect entry. Big fruit expands in the mouth. This is all black fruits. Some grip and solid acid (and still the fruit) in the long finish. Excellent!

Has nice fruit and an earthy core, but they just don't come together to make a great wine.

Fruit is a bit stewed. There are some nice stone fruits in there but just a bit off.
