  Made from the Cabernet grapes that were to be the Estate Cab of Phifer-Pavitt, the vines tragically were destroyed in the fires of 2020. This Rose is the only expression of those grapes the public will experience. Strawberry, bitter orange, lychee. This is a very complex and aromatic wine. If most Roses are chicken cutlets, this one is bone-in chicken thighs.
