Color: light gold Nose: apricot, candied lemon, loquat, orange zest. It has some vague scents of cellar mold, grass, butter cookies. Rosemary? Palate: off dry but balanced. Acidity is medium-high but without being biting, thanks to the sugar evening it out. It confirms the nose. Body is medium and it's got a quite hefty texture. It is a little bitter, in a pleasant way Finish: medium
A good off dry Riesling, without the gasoline note i usually expect, but with interesting candied citrus notes. It has a few interesting aromas that pop out with air. Recommend 30 mins in the fridge in a decanter.

Very pale straw. Lovely stone fruit nose. On the palate, surprisingly full, almost creamy. I suppose there is sweetness there, but the acidity balances it so perfectly that it appears as a seamless whole. Less exciting that some Mosel Rieslings - in fact less exciting than some of AJ Adam's other expressions - but still, pure pleasure. 11%, cork.

Initially quite closed, surprising compared with other 2020s. The next day more open, pear and quince pate de fruits, just off dry, texturally rich, plush. Something slightly metallic on the midpalate, a denser style with some heft.
