  Stone fruit and lemon zest on the nose. Bright on the palette with peach flavors, pairs well with fresh cherries. Faint effervescence. I know that the tongue isn’t supposed to have regions to taste different things, but this wine really shouldn’t venture out of the center. Bitterness really comes through when swirled in the mouth to the edges.
