This showed similar to my last bottle from May 2022. The peach notes in the nose are so distinctive here and for the first time helped me realize why Carricante is sometimes likened to Riesling, at least in terms of the aromatic profile. With this bottle, I noticed that it became considerably more expressive as it warmed from fridge temp. Drinking well, very fun wine.

Pop and pour. Enjoyed with a salad on a warm summer day. Served chilled. Gabriel Glas universal. Light golden color. Nose offers some steel, wet stones and under-ripe pineapple. Fresh and crisp, with lemon, some green apple, and hint of pineapple. Very light. Suggested sweetness on the mid-palate. Enjoyable.
12.5% abv.

This was the first wine of the Aeris portfolio that I have tried. Brought to an Italian restaurant to share with friends. Everyone enjoyed it. Thought it might still be young and will integrate a bit more with some age. Hold for year and try again. Could add a point or two we will see.

A great. Sweet without being over powering. Lively and fun. Meyer lemon, violets, wet stone, gardenias, a little pineapple. A delightful wine.

Lovely. Meyer lemon to pineapple nose. Light body. Slick attack and a good bite on the drydown with floral elements. Balanced and complete.
