A private lunch (Restaurant Showw, Amsterdam, NL): Screwcap 13% ABV. Lovely nose, very Ahr and very Meyer-Näkel, spicy and ripe but fresh, good depth; young vines give a lighter style on the palate, delicately creamy with mild tannins and delightful freshness; good resonance and length. Has developed well since last tasted in 2021.

Noticeable wood on the nose with barmbly forest berry fruit, good spice and some loamy earthy savory notes underneath. Midweighted with a broad palate presence while simultaneously remaining fresh and light on its feet. Sapid, deep for its pedigree and a little fleshy. Long on the back end with spice notes, dark fruit and noticeable wood. While not the end all in complexity or lift, it is very good and a solid value. 89

I have a case of this! Lovely perfumed aromas of earthy basalt infused blackberries, forest fruits and cherries. Very enjoyable playful yet serious supple+crunchy freshly fruited basalt infused black fruits palate with depth and length. 13%. Lay down 2-5 years. PnP and let it develop.

A lovely elegant basalt infused lightly oaked black and red fruits wine with a longish finish. 13%. Needs 60 mins+ aeration.
