  We held onto this one too long, but it was still very good. Decanted in the bottle for about 30 minutes. First taste still had a lot of structure with good fruit and finish. After an hour or so, began to lose it's complexity but was still very pleasant to drink with our pizza. Very dark fruit component. I think this was the first vintage for Stryker and I would like to try some of their recent stuff.
