This is a very nice bottle of wine that has a fairly delicate mouthfeel with good depth and complexity to the orchard and stone fruit flavors. There’s also firm minerality and some baking spice undertones. For me, the oak treatment borders on the edge of heavy handed, but still remains quite delightful.

This was excellent. The nose was floral and full of ripe orchard fruit. There is a bit of spice also. Excellent depth with good freshness. Lovely now with upside

This bottle was all about precision. Linear and direct with white citrus, green apple, mineral, spice and saline notes. When did LF move to Chablis? If we're drinking Chard at Chez Lyon, it was in a club shipment and I don't regret this a bit! (esp given the hot weather!). Now-2029

Tasted at the winery; the nose shows more rich and ripe orchard fruits with a bit more spice and rounded notes compared to the Bunker Hill; develops more floral and lift with air; the palate is a bit riper and richer with more depth and a long finish; this has excellent potential for aging.
