  Happy New Year! Thoroughly enjoyed Failla's first sparkling wine. Delightful bubbles. Zesty and dry with excellent balance. Citrus fruit and pear flavors - along with a smooth rose bias. Nice finish. Don't know enough to know how I feel about the price, but I'm definitely jazzed about this wine.

  Bone dry. Pale yellow, very fine bubbles. Forward flavor with very slight bits of citrus pith. Some spice (allspice, nutmeg) with lingering faint notes of strawberries/ black raspberries. Was excellent with Oyster Patties. Would be an excellent choice for a Kir Royale, French 75-76 or other champagne cocktail.
