  • Such great stuff. The nose may be the best part. On the palate it is very pleasing but lacks a touch of balance. Drink now would be my recommendation.

    from the hills of Montecastrilli and San Gemini with clay / sandy / limestone soils
    Vinified in 500 L vats. Aged 18 months in vats and 12 months in bottle.
    14% Abv.

    A(ccuracy)=2: Deep dark ruby. Tarry, pungent varietal.
    B(alance)=2: Ripe fruit with adequate acid structure.

    D(epth)=2: Agressive mouthfeel; persistent length and finish.
