Taut, lean, fresh, clean, mineral driven, and citrusy. Average mousse with a fine bead of tiny bubbles. Lacks the richness and deep autolytic character of a Champagne, but if you like your sparklers lighter, fresher and zippier, this is a very good one. An excellent “porch sipper” for hot summer days.

Oyster shell and brininess on the nose — the palate has a frothy texture with some sweet spice, ripe yellow apples with a slight savory tinge as it moves towards the finish. Drinks slightly richer than you might expect.

Crisp and lemony. Not a traditional champagne flavor profile, but a nice sparkling wine more typical of Italian whites.
