  Interesting, but the sugar and acidity seem a bit out of whack. A nice aroma of mint leaves, caramel, leather going into a body that once again leans too heavily on the sugar. Palate has lots of dried apricot and just a touch of balsamic. Finish goes on for awhile with sweet citrus fruits dominating.
