My last of these, and this was likely the best showing. Good weight and concentration, well balanced, had some of the terroir I normally associate with Washington - a kind of linear, almost one-dimensional profile, though in a good way. 92+pts. Quite solid and good value.

Was surprised at how good this was. Might have to get more. Quite deep, powerful and resonant, will benefit from more time but still quite drinkable already. Has some of the saltiness and a saline aspect I associate with Washington cabs. Caseworthy.

2h air for this Walla Walla Cabernet Sauvignon. Deep garnet color. Plum, blackberry, oak, olive, wet gravel, hard cheese and a hint of eucalyptus on the nose. Big, dense and deep, creamy texture, opulent dark fruit on the palate, lingering spicy finish, with plush tannins that retain a bit of their youthful firmness. Surprisingly excellent.

Similar to previous notes, this had good balance and power. Showing even better than the last one I had.
