One hour slow ox. Very very deep ruby color. Graham cracker, strawberry jelly, black cherry, and subtle white pepper on the nose. Smooth, dry palate, with tongue coating acidity. Firm tannins on the spicy, longish finish.

Very nice. I had it with a stuffed chicken breast and roasted potatoes. Much better after 3hs from open it!

it's zin and displays class worthy of the price tag.
in your face voluptuous and ripe fruit. medium/good freshness and
a mild savory background character to the fruit. not saccharine or one note.
quite "pretty" for a zin and hard not to like even if one isn't a fan of cali zin or high alcohol new world wines.
rich but drinks relatively light ...for 14.5% abv zin :)
tannin is there but soft and velvety. low but perceptible acid.

Varietally correct. Easy drinking. Seems a bit pricey.
