In my cellar since release. Coravin pour into a glass at 2:30 and drunk at 6:30. Medium to dark nearly opaque garnet with a tinge of purple on the rim. On the nose there is licorice, black cherry, black plum and a touch of spice. Fully resolved tannins with a fairly rich mouth feel and a smooth taste of chewy black cherry and plum. Moderately long finish. Very solid, enjoyable wine with a grilled top sirloin steak. Super for the price especially from a 12 year old entry level Napa Cab.

Dark purple/ruby red in color, with the scents of dark fruit - blackberry, dark black cherry, creme de cassis, and a hint of spice box. The tannin structure is mellow and was in complete harmony with the acid structure. The finish was long with some complex notes and seemed to elevate the wine in my opinion. GoBlue2002 hit it on the head with his notes as well. Outstanding wine which for me came in the groundbreaking bottle of the Rutherford property. I would highly recommend it to others and if you have one I would drink over the next two-three years.
