Firm and compact showing cherry, tobacco, blackberry and leather. Medium to full bodied, mouth watering acidity and medium grained tannins. Well balanced and an extra long finish. NI:4, FI:22, FC:8, B:4, L:5

Ruby red in the glass. Big, black and blueberries, some oak, broad shouldered, some rosemary and thyme. Soft, juicy & dense texture, good length, med/low acidity, med+ tannins, some stick to the palate. Great and in his drinking window, this will improve sligthly over the next 5 years but won't last for ages. Drink (if more bottles are available)/hold (in case you want the perfect timing)

I was told that this is a Modern Toscano Blend wine. To me this was aromatically a left bank Bordeaux. The wine very light to medium colored and an amazing expression for a wine of this viscosity. It is rich and full bodied spewing flavors of earth, mushroom, underbrush with fruits of plum skin, mulberry and cedar wood. Long finish.
I’m really giving this a score for quality because this style doesn’t pull on my heart strings. Really ripe and bordering both pruny and sweet, this is luscious and to me circles around the edges of an amarone. Deep barrel spices with a nice tannic pinch. I’d really try and catch this in it’s fresh stages now and over 5 years. Drink
