A really refined effort. Pale yellow color with nose of oak, vanilla and tropical fruit. On the palate, apples, pineapple, butterscotch and balanced nicely with enough acid. A stellar effort for this price.

From the start this wine comes off with big fruit flavors of creamy and pineapples. But the acid settles in and turns the wine a bit bitter and off balanced on the finish. OK with food that can handle the acid. I've had better chardonnays for less money (Wente Morning Fog).

Enjoyed this Chardonnay. Slight yellow in color, little oak, buttery, more citrus with a hint of vanilla. Tropical taste.
