At Ridge event. Very nicely done Cabernet Franc. This needs some air and decanting but it is not closed or shut-down in any way. Dark fruit with brightness and dimension. Really enjoyable and has a lot of potential and life ahead.

Beautiful floral nose with vanilla and sweet cherry. Tastes of cherry and berry fruit which was less prominent than the nose suggested. Notes of vanilla and bay leaf. Did not detect much green pepper. Medium + acidity and still some prominent tannins. Quite elegant.

PNP, immediately expressive of blue fruits, flowers, and an undercurrent of green pepper and bayleaf. Silky tannins, quite a bit of thrown sediment. In a great place. Not super reminiscent of any cab franc I've had before (except maybe Morlet?), but it really shows its Santa Cruz roots.
Delicious, drink now.

Perhaps needs more cellar time. Crunchy, slightly tannic, red fruits with good structure.
