Initially very green, but it settled into its own after about 90 minutes in the decanter. It had aromas of blueberries, oak, fig, and plum. The powerful tannins were surprisingly approachable at this age. Another 5-8 years will do this wine well, but it's still a fun, enjoyable, and affordable bottle in its current state.

It's getting better and better! Fully enjoyable again after the horrible phase which started in the autumn 2021. I'm really happy because I bought a lot right after the in bottle release.

We decanted this for a couple of hours, but I don't think it needed it. I agree with other reviewers here....this is delicious, and ready to drink now. It made a great accompaniment to our steaks. Yum!

This was an amazing left banker for the price. The addition of Merlot offsets some of the greenness of the Cab Franc. Was even better on day 2. Will be checking out this vineyards future offerings. 4.1 stars
