Dinner with Steve & Barbara (ViceVersa Restaurant): PnP, chilled, but continued to open during dinner, so give these bottles some air up front. The color was a clear straw-yellow. A wonderfully balanced wine showing lemon crème, stone fruit, green apple, minerality, very light oak, a touch of floral and balancing acidity. The partial malo creates a medium plus mouthfeel with a long finish. Will hold to the decade mark and beyond. A really wonderful food-friendly, mouth-friendly Sonoma Valley Chardonnay from a solid producer.

Great acidity with just enough oak and butter on the initial taste to remind you it's still a Cali wine.

Lovely Hanzell Chardonnay. So nicely balanced and not over-oaked as so many Chardonnay's are these days.

Rocking Chard- little toasted oak, but enormous breadfruit, Meyer lemon, and subtle passion fruit finish. Went incredible with sushi!
