Nice balance between fruit and oak, bit of butter coming though. In a good spot now, but did fade in the glass after 10-15 minutes. I wouldn't hold on to this for much longer.

Brought this bottle for dinner at Golden Spoon with my wine mates. Theme of the evening: Wines not from France, Italy and Australia.
Golden in colour with notes of flint, minerals, and wet stone. On the palate, there notes of dried lemon, with a hint of butter on the palate. Lean, sharp, focused and balanced with fresh acidity.
Overall, this is a very pleasant wine. Pairs well with a wide range of stir-fried, deep fried and roasted food items.

Brought this to Wakanui for a dinner with colleagues. We had oysters, lamb, grilled octopus, scallops, eel with foie gras, and steak.
Beautiful gold with notes of cream, lemon tart, flint, peach, and wet stone. Lean, focused and sharp while supported by fresh acidity.
Highly enjoyable with fresh seafood.
