Fun! Very saline and cut spring wood and line leaf nose. Laurel. Hard citrus and hot sandstone on palate. Light body , good acids frame nicely. A bit of jasmine. Savory finish. Good all around.

Good+. Med straw color, clear. Aromas of almond, lime zest, a touch of lanolin, seashell, some yellow fruits, and a little salty tang. The palate is nearly medium bodied, but the acids are high so it has a light bodied bent to it. The finish (on night 2) is pretty long; nice surprise. Seriously well grown, and not for everybody. Deserves the proper dish, and the first thing that came to mind was polpo crudo. Very good by the last drop on night 2. Should drink at this level for 4-6 years. 13,0% abv., DIAM5 closure. recommended
Apricot fruit. Slate, ash and some savory herb. Nice mouthfeel and a surprisingly long finish. Like most Italian wines, this really ups it’s game with food.

No formal note, a lighter bodied wine with a distinctly lemon nose and palate, enough acidity to keep it afloat.

Bright and lively, straw hue and hint of botrytis on the nose. Excellent wine.
