Crimson in color. 13.% ABV. Savory nose of red fruits, rose petals, citrus and earth. Medium body with exquisite acidity. Rich, earthy and elegant. Cherry, cranberry, pomegranate and blood orange on the palate. The finish is long and seamless. Charming Pinot Noir that showcases the best characteristics of Pinot Noir from the Anderson Valley. Drink over the next 2-3 years.

Sandalwood, cedar, five spice, dark pomegranate, black cherry, stemmy/earthy notes along side dark raspberries. Med+ body, raspberry/craisin/back cherry & raspberries all fresh & crunchy. Some vanilla, cistrus-y acid, and bit of earth show up as well. Acid & tannin are there but beneath the fruit at the moment. Lot going on here likely still to unfold.

My last of 5 bottles. Really in a nice spot but these never were in a BAD spot! Still with great acidic character up front, brambly, black cherry cola. Eucalyptus. Still quite vibrant. Finishes with a large dose of neutral oak tannin but has softened a bit. Combo of black and white pepper on the finish. If you still have these in your cellar, there's really no reason to drink them up. Enjoyed tonight with a spinach, goat cheese and red pepper quiche and was delicious. The goat cheese balanced out the vibrant qualities of this wine and made the fruit character on the front and finish pop that much more! Drink or hold for 5-7 years.

Delicious raspberry, tea, and floral notes on the nose and savory palate with moderate long finish. Not quite as open as the last bottle.
