  (Disgorged in 1992, base year 1988)
  Lovely bright yellow colour with a maturing nose showing red apples, chocolate and butterscotch notes in a lovely way. Smooth red apples acidity on the palate with a very nice and creamy mid before the long and lovely intense finish showing. This was a very pleasant surprise and I wish I had more of these bottles! They should keep evolving in a delicious way for at least another decade..
