  • PnP, needed a decant as it started out very tight. Enjoyed over the next 3 hours and just kept getting better. Aromas of floral, cherry, black raspberry, herbs and spice. This leads to a medium body with cherry, black raspberry, floral, herbs, spice and a touch of stems. good acidity. Still has some tannin in the finish to resolve. Good now, but still not at it's peak. A much better food wine than sipping wine.

  • Popped and poured. Attractive high toned floral nose. On the palate, medium bodied, transparent, red cherry, strawberry, herbs and spice. Deep, vigorous flavours and length. In fact appears to be just coming out of shell but could use a few more years. Impressive stuff that should continue to develop.

Hoping the fruit lasts until the wine really shines. A few bottles left.

  • Very nice cali Pinot. Cherries. Spices. Definitely some Vosne character with pretty good acidity. Pnp gained some depth the first evening. Better day 1 than 2 or 3

  • This wine is dark burgundy in the glass with dark red and blue fruit on the nose, as well as bramble, oak, and a barn note.

On the palate we found a rich experience of stewed cranberries, tart dark cherry, forest floor, herbs (basil maybe?), and oak. There's a mild acidity supporting the flavors with mild tannins on the finish.

Delicious overall but maybe lacking a bit in complexity.
