  Pale Yellow/Medium Straw colour. Smell has componets of apple and ripe yellow plum. Also some buttery elements, along with sweet spice.
  Apple is more pure green in the taste, along with some unripe tart berries. Flavors of toast and butter indicate some oak aging. Also some mineral elements, almost like sea shore gravel. Some green herbs and unpeeled almonds in the finish. Acidic, slightly off-dry. Excellent cremant, and outstanding for it's price.
