  Almost disappointed that we opened this one, I think it could go another year or two, and would probably pick up a bit more of those burnt, raisiny tones...on the other hand, it must be close to its peak. Nice balance of fruit -- apricots, cherries, strawberries, plums -- and backbone -- earth, leather, tannins. Not quite spectacular, but spectacular for a Monday night.
