Drinking beautifully! Delicious red cherry and berry aromas and flavors with mineral and earth notes culminating in a long finish with refreshing sour cherry notes and balancing acidity.

PnP. Medium deep red. Ripe dark fruits and minerals on the nose. On the palate this is both open knit and powerful, with a floral component, iron minerality and a smooth rich finish which is quite long. Perhaps less structured than Hirsch often is perhaps due to very low yields but drinking quite well now. Intriguing wine from a difficult vintage.

Totally agree, this is very ready. Didn’t need any air. Very briary, prickly ripe fruit. Mid high toned. Most extracted Littorai I can recall. My last one, if I had more I would not wait. Night 2 was more of the same, no better.

Nose: Deeply pitched nose of cherry, cranberry and a menthol note Palate: Tart cranberry, mineral, mint some whole cluster with medium acid and a medium plus finish.
This was decanted for 20 mins. This wine is young and has a long way to run. If opening in the near term I would plan for significant time to decant. Enjoy!
