A lot of strawberry, and some peach on the nose, as well as a very faint remnant of watermelon Jolly Rancher. On the palate it was primarily strawberry, which eventually flourished notes of kiwi, red apple, and lime zest. A good amount of acidity and a little minerality. A lovely Rosé, which is not overly dry.

This is a top tier rosé . Medium bodied, medium+ acidity. Dry. Nose of intense watermelon, wild strawberry, white peach, white flowers, and maybe even some passion fruit. Palate maintains the watermelon and strawberry, but Rainier cherry is in charge. Finish is long and tart... grapefruit pith. As the wine opened, the fruit subsided slightly, and notes of white flowers and river rocks became more imposing. If you think rosé is boring, this wine will change your mind. Drink now.

L'Aventure Pickup Party (Paso Robles): Good for what it is. Started off the L'Aventure lineup as expected, with a refreshing kick of strawberry, watermelon, and hints of citrus and minerality. A little more body than a lot of wines in its class, so it was nice in that regard. Pretty basic though, with no additional flavors of real note to elevate it beyond others in its class/varietal.

Delicate but powerful. A decent mouthful on its own but also held up well w spicy chicken wings. A no-brainer at that price.
