Jantar com vinhos australianos no restaurante La Pulpería Paseo (out/2023).

Random wines tasted during service (Oinoscent): Flash decanted and sampled from a customer's bottle Deep ruby color, powerful, extrovert profile, fresh ripe black fruit, cherries, currants, berries, you need a knife here to cut through! Sweet spice notes around the oak Palate is balanced, thick black fruit core, warm, juicy tannins, sweet spices again, clove, medium to full body, long finish. Still an infant -/- The 2019 we had by the glass, was way easier and more fruit forward

I don't know if it was with the turkey but tasted lot less jammy than last time. If their dialed down extraction a notch or two, this would be fantastic shiraz for those who like old world style.
