Aromatically distinct. Packed with scents of rocky minerality, lemon grass, white pepper, steel wool, and white flowers that incorporate fruit aromas of melon, lemon pith, grapefruit and pear with a slight funk. The palate is dry, crisp and steely. Flavors of slate and rock mingle with starfruit, lemon pith, grapefruit, pear and lemongrass that also shows notes of white flowers and traces of white pepper and rubber. Lingers through the finish.
