Blackberry and raspberry syrups poured over flowers and wet stone (but done so from a great height!). BLAMMO! Better with chocolate than a great Rogue Creamery blue cheese. Didn't survive for day two tasting... (3415 views)
We had this with cute little handmade chocolates at Rye, great pairing. Now-2034.

Everything I remembered from essences past. Just the right amount of sweetness to finish an incredible (and decadent) dinner…like a spoonful of raspberry preserves with just a hint of wood smoke.

A Ridge Tahoe Weekend; 6/29/2023-7/2/2023 (Edgewood Resort): What an incredibly interesting and unique wine and something that I would definitely like to have a bit more of around. It’s lower alc (13%) but long hanging vines. Raspberry primary flavor. Great pairing with a chocolate dessert. Just very lovely and medium bodied and drinks well. Fun to get to try.
