Haven't had a Ken Wright in a while; this was lovely. Ripe red berry fruits, some baking spice, floral notes, and a hint of orange peel. The palate is balanced with solid depth and good freshness. Very enjoyable.

Garnet color in the glass, fairly clear looking throughout. Nose of Birch, forest floor, black berries and black cherries. Flavors of black cherries, black berries and black raspberries. Medium acidity, medium tannin, full bodied. Drink or hold.

This was my second bottle of this wine. This bottle was better than I remember the first being. Not sure what accounts for this; bottle variation, the accompanying meal, or cognitive decline. But having said this, I think there are better Oregon PN, especially from Shea Vineyard.

This wasn't my style. It tasted of dried cherries and a bit of earth. I thought the fruit was overshadowed by too much oak. I like wines from grapes of Shea Vineyard and believe there are better representations on the market for my taste. however, I can see that if one is looking for a Pinot Noir with a lot of oak structure this may be appealing.

Fresh with plum/raspberry acidity. Nice balance, light tannins, long and refreshing
