  the nose is a little flat/tight, but there is some ripe pear, and something else very pleasant that i can't quite place... custard almost or maybe a flowery-clovey aroma. it's very smooth and velvety, a little lemon curd, some kind of melon, lemon rind on the mid-palete, ending with a spicy lime finish goes on for almost a minute.
