  Deep and ripe. Very complex bouquet of honey, apple crumble, brioche. A bit of a sherry note. Long finish. Elegant.

  Deep gold color. Weak fine mousse. Aromas of baked apples, haselnuts, honey, hay, mushrooms. Medium+ acidity. Cremy, intense, balanced and very long.

  This twenty-year old has lost much of its zip. Oxidative, though it has not changed in color significantly, and is drinkable. Pleasant, but uninspiring, offering flavors of dried fruit, nuts, honey and toast.

  Light golden color. Persistent small bubles. Sweet apples, honey, yeast. Full bodied, elegant, long.

  Fine Wines SG - Champagne BYO (Fine Wines SG): Deep gold, star bright. Some developed lemon aromas, carrot, hay, slightly caramelized. A good sense of power on the palate, ripe lemons and lemon zest, brine, hay, hops. A good length. Nice
