Decanted approximately 4+ hours before consuming. With decant, it may be starting to hit its drinking window but no hurry. Quality bottle of Cab with all the characteristics present.

Tremendous wine - 3 hour opened and 2 hour decant - opened up amazingly each hour - this wine has at least 3 years I think - fruit forward and still complex. Perfect match for a 18 hour slow cooked brisket over oak wood.

Opened, short decant, served with flank steak. Delicious - blackberry, plum, fig, some tobacco, leather, hint of graphite, a little minerality toward the end, smooth tannins, long finish, drinking very nicely.
