I agree with Carole and Jay, that this wine is drink remarkably well right now. I agree it will likely not get better, but it should hold where it is for a while longer, and I anticipate a very slow decline afterwards.
Nose showed cherry blossom, red fruit, some funk and a Vicks or eucalyptus note. Palate was cherry and cream with some baking spice and some pepper notes. Nice, creamy mouthfeel, which I enjoyed. 93+ for my palate, and a very pleasant surprise! Or, should I say....a beautiful wine!
Finishing up some of the 12's - this was my favorite "Beautiful" yet. V - Deep purple with medium meniscus. Wonderful Nose - black cherry, plum, fig, olive, bramble, smoked meats and a hint of leather. P similar with tobacco and coffee. As the fruit fades, the finish turns to iron. Really enjoyed this. it can hold but I don't think it will improve.

Blackberry, plum, raisin, prune on the nose with some olive tamponade. Also a medicinal note, maybe some VA. The palate was bold and heavy bodied with some fine acid on the finish and completely resolved tannins. Very smooth and velvety palate and nice layers of complexity. Drink now as this is evidently on the back end of its prime.

One of the best K vintners I've had. Concentrated, not showing its age, dense dark fruit, vey long finish.
