Peach, toasted marshmallow, clove and flowers on a medium- to full-bodied palate. Great balance, with fresh, bright acidity. More restrained than Alban's estate Viognier from the same vineyard.

Initially sweet, hot and grapey, but turned the corner to reveal real depth of fruit and flavor, as well as a delicate burnt edge on the nose and finish. Would benefit form a decant. 50+4+11+16+8=89
