  Quite pale golden colour. Aroma of light citrus, fresh streams, dry straw, pineapple. Light flavour, although I suggest this will improve with some decanting, lemon, sour lollies, peach, green apple, chalky finish. Interesting but underwhelming. I will see how the bottles progresses over the next couple of days.

  Another top class Semillon from the Hunter valley.
  Belford and Mistletoe vineyards ,hand picked,bunch pressed,cold fermentation,no oak.
  The wine shows very little on the nose, maybe just a bit on the mineral side.
  A light lemon flavour on the tongue that lingers for a while.
  A clean and clear wine probably will last and change over the next 5 or so years.
