Beautiful chardonnay. Light golden in colour. Nice acidity, med body, notes of apple and lime. Drink so freshly for a 13 year old wine. Could drink for many more years. But very enjoyable now.

A lighter bodied chard than most, but lovely in its own way. I personally really like the way Domaine Serene uses Dijon clones and feel their Dijon clone chards are very French Burgundy in style.
Pale yellow color. Light but delightful spicy, citrus, stone fruit nose. Flavor profile shifts dramatically with temperature. At colder temps acids, lemon/lemongrass and malo fermentation products dominate and as wine warms the lactic fermentation products kick in and round it out. Lightly oaked. I think this wine is is still improving but will probably be best over the next three years.

Drinking nicely. Still has plenty of acid to last much longer. Very nice!
