  Less deep purple color on first impression which brought my nose to the glass to check for any irregularities. None. Nose of layered yeast-blueberry and blackberry with some floral type scent as well. Big opening on the palate but not overpowering and one that was easy with food (Greek meatballs with sriracha ketchup, sweet potato, cauliflower and brussel sprout medley). Felt like right time for this wine to enter the world for tasting.
